Privacy and personal data protection policy
Generally speaking, use of the abertis does not demand as a prerequisite that users reveal their personal details.
Notwithstanding the above, in the those cases in which users require particular services and provide abertis with their personal details, the company guarantees the confidentiality of said data and compliance with Spain's Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999 and the regulations that develop it, adopting the technical measures needed to maintain the required level of security.
Consequently, when your personal data is gathered through the abertis portal by means of completion of a form, you as user shall be informed of the recipient of the information, the purpose(s) for which the data is being gathered, the identity and address of the entity responsible for the file into which your data is being incorporated and your entitlement to exercise the rights to access, rectify, delete and oppose processing of their data by means of a written request addressed to: Abertis Infraestructuras S.A., Avda. del Parc Logístic, 12-20, 08040 Barcelona, Spain, Ref. abertis guarantees that the personal data shall be sent in encrypted from to prevent it being possible for it to be viewed by third parties.
For the purposes of ensuring that the information contained in our files is always up to date, we would ask you to inform us, as soon as possible, of any modifications or rectifications to your personal details.
Intellectual property
The entire content of the abertis web site, including, merely by way of example, the texts, documents, photographs, drawings, images, icons, graphical representations, audiovisual and sound content, as well as its graphic design and source code, trademarks, trading names and other distinctive signs, are the exclusive property of abertis or of third parts and are protected by intellectual property laws, except when specified to the contrary.

abertis does not guarantee continuous access to nor correct viewing, downloading or use of the items and information contained on the abertis web site, which may be impeded, obstructed or interrupted due to factors or circumstances beyond its control.
abertis shall not be held responsible for the information or other content forming part of third-party spaces or web pages accessible from the abertis site by means of links, nor for the information or other content forming part of third-party spaces or web pages from which, by means of links, access is provided to the abertis web site, nor for the information and content of any third-party web site under the appearance or distinctive signs of abertis, except with the latter's express authorisation.
abertis accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any information, contents of any kind, products or services offered or provided via the abertis web site by third parties or entities, even when they belong to the same financial group and, in particular, for damages or financial harm of any kind which, linked to the above, may arise due to: (i) the absence of or deficiencies in the information supplied to users or in its truthfulness, accuracy or completeness; (ii) breach of or defective or unpunctual compliance with agreements or pre-contractual relationships; (iii) breach of the duties incumbent upon information society service providers; (iv) infringement of the rights of consumers and users; (v) infringement of intellectual property rights; the carrying on of acts of unfair competition or illicit advertising; (vi) infringement of data protection rights; of professional secret and the right to reputation, to personal and family privacy and to the image of persons; and (vii) in general, violation of any applicable laws, customs or codes of conduct.
abertis accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any financial harm, damages, losses, complaints or expenses arising from: (i) interference, interruptions, faults, omissions, telephone breakdown, delay, obstructions or disconnections in the operation of the electronic system caused by deficiencies, overloads or errors in telecommunications lines and networks, or to any other cause beyond abertis' control; (ii) illegal interference by mean of the use of malign programs of any kind or via any means of communication, such as computer viruses or any other type; (iii) improper or incorrect use of the abertis web site; (iv) security or navigation errors caused by improper working of the browser or by the failure to use the latest versions thereof.
In all cases, you as user of the abertis web site shall be responsible for the financial harm and damages of all kind that abertis may suffer as a consequence of breach by you as user of the duties to which you are subject by virtue of this Legal Notice, or by any applicable individual terms and conditions.
Security policy

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are subject to Spanish law.
For the resolution of any dispute which may arise as a result of accessing the web site, you as user and abertis hereby expressly agree to submit themselves to the courts of the city of Barcelona, renouncing any general or specific jurisdiction that may be applicable to them.

Al objeto de que la información contenida en nuestros ficheros esté siempre actualizada rogamos a nuestros usuarios que nos comuniquen, a la mayor brevedad, las modificaciones y rectificaciones de sus datos de carácter personal.
Propiedad industrial e intelectual.

abertis no garantiza el acceso continuado, ni la correcta visualización, descarga o utilidad de los elementos e información contenidos en la web de abertis, que pueden verse impedidos, dificultados o interrumpidos por factores o circunstancias fuera de su control.
abertis no es responsable de la información y demás contenidos integrados en espacios o páginas web de terceros accesibles desde la web de abertis mediante enlaces, hipervínculos o links, ni de la información y demás contenidos integrados en espacios o páginas web de terceros desde los que se acceda mediante enlaces, hipervínculos o links a la web de abertis, ni de la información y contenidos de cualquier página web de terceros que se presente bajo la apariencia o signos distintivos de abertis, salvo autorización expresa de esta última.
abertis no asume responsabilidad alguna con relación a la información, contenidos de todo tipo, productos y servicios ofertados o prestados a través de la web de abertis por terceras personas o entidades, aunque pertenezcan a su mismo Grupo económico, y en especial por los daños y perjuicios de cualquier tipo que vinculados a lo anterior puedan producirse por: (i) ausencia o deficiencias en la información facilitada a los usuarios o en su veracidad, exactitud y suficiencia; (ii) incumplimiento o cumplimiento defectuoso o impuntual de los contratos o relaciones precontractuales; (iii) incumplimiento de las obligaciones que incumben a los prestadores de servicios de la sociedad de la información; (iv) infracción de los derechos de los consumidores y usuarios; (v) infracción de los derechos de propiedad intelectual e industrial; realización de actos de competencia desleal o de publicidad ilícita; (vi) infracción del derecho de protección de datos; del secreto profesional y de los derechos al honor, a la intimidad personal y familiar y a la imagen de las personas; y (vii) en general el incumplimiento de cualesquiera leyes, costumbres o códigos de conducta que resulten de aplicación.
abertis no asume responsabilidad alguna ya sea por daños, perjuicios, pérdidas, reclamaciones o gastos producidos por: (i) interferencias, interrupciones, fallos, omisiones, averías telefónicas, retrasos, bloqueos o desconexiones en el funcionamiento del sistema electrónico, motivadas por deficiencias, sobrecargas y errores en las líneas y redes de telecomunicaciones, o por cualquier otra causa ajena al control de abertis; (ii) intromisiones ilegítimas mediante el uso de programas malignos de cualquier tipo y a través de cualquier medio de comunicación, tales como virus informáticos o cualesquiera otros; (iii) uso indebido o inadecuado de la página web de abertis; (iv) errores de seguridad o navegación producidos por un mal funcionamiento del navegador o por el uso de versiones no actualizadas del mismo.

Politica de seguridad.

abertis no se responsabiliza de los daños producidos en los equipos informáticos de los usuarios o de terceros durante la prestación del servicio del portal.
Algunas páginas del portal de abertis pueden emplear cookies. Estas cookies no son invasivas, ni nocivas, simplemente informan al sistema de la configuración escogida por el usuario, pero no reconoce automáticamente ningún dato referente a la identidad de las personas que visitan nuestra web. Legislación y jurisdicción aplicable
Las presentes condiciones quedan sujetas a la ordenación jurídica española.
Para la resolución de cualquier conflicto que pudiese derivarse del acceso a la página web, el usuario y abertis, acuerdan someterse expresamente a los juzgados de la ciudad de Barcelona, con renuncia a cualquier fuero general o especial que les pudiese corresponder.
